Great pad!! I have a wide tree Toulouse and one of my horses was a little underweight and being 18 she is losing her topline so I got this pad in the hopes to fill in the gap between my saddle and her withers. It does the job!!

This is the third half pad I've used on my shark finned TB/QH and has worked the best so far. Its cut works to keep the saddle up even with a breastplate attached and he's been far more comfortable with this than with what I have used in the past

It works. BUT, it will fit best on a high withered horse (ie. NOT a low withered QH). It will retain the high-wither shape regardless of the shape of the back, tilting your saddle up somewhat from the front.

This is exactly what I needed for my older TB who has the biggest withers in the world. It made a huge difference with my Narrow tree saddle and saved me from having to get it re-flocked.
