Mission: Fair Chance strengthens the sustainability and performance of community-based nonprofits to achieve life-changing results for children and youth experiencing poverty. We select nonprofits ready to take their leadership and organizations to the next level and provide them with a customized 6-24 month work plan aimed at strengthening the nonprofit's impact, sustainability, and performance -- free of charge.

Results: Our work strengthens organizational infrastructure and sustainability and in turn, nonprofits go on to achieve better results for the youth they serve:100% of Executive Directors felt more confident in their ability to lead their organizations after completing a Fair Chance Partnership. Within 5 years of completing a Partnership, alumni report on average doubling their revenue and number of children served. Since 2002, Fair Chance has served over 120 nonprofits that reach over 100,000 youth.
