Would be even better if you could disconnect the lanyard, but that's not a deal breaker, especially for the occasional user.

I'm 6'5, and at full adjustment, it's just a couple inches short between the shoulder and leg sections. But works great for normal size people

Stout. Feels secure in my Genie 34 lift. One of the plastic D loops that temporarily holds the shock cord broke. I caught the cord on the lift while walking around it and it pulled the hook right through it. Overall happy.

My husband purchased this item for use on scaffolding while painting our two story foyer. The product is well made and fit well. The only problem was that the tether was not long enough. The hook was too small to fit on any of the scaffolding bars; therefore, he had to thread the hook around the bar and fasten it on the tether itself. This not only shortened the tether but also limited his mobility as the hook could not travel along the bar as he moved. The harness worked and eased our minds a bit while he was up so high painting but would be better if the hooks were big enough to clip on the scaffolding bars.

We have a harness to use when on our Genie Lift, but doesn't fit me well AT ALL. This one on the other hand DOES! I'm 5'-7” and 150 lbs. Like anything else, fit matters, this was a home run for me.

Comfort, easy assembly and decent Construciton/ design. Could serve better to have a retractable tether. Works well.

I just received the harness and have nothing else to compare it to - never owned one before. It appears to be very strong and of good quality. I found it difficult to figure out how to adjust and don it because the instruction sheet is really tiny and the print on it is unreadable - I tried a magnifying glass but the print on it is really small and blurred. So I went on line and viewed a few videos on donning a safety harness. While they weren't directly related to the product I ordered, I was able to get enough information transfer to figure out how to use mine. So I got the straps adjusted to the correct length and managed to get it to fit. However, it seems a little uncomfortable in the crouch area. No matter how I adjusted it, it seemed to be putting pressure on it - I don't have much confidence that a fall wouldn't be painful to that area. But I won't be wearing the harness for long periods - I just wanted it for specific precarious situations - so it will work for me. I just hope I don't fall.
