These carabiners are very well built. I like the auto-locking feature. I have them as part of my emergency/bug-out equipment. I will feel very confident and safe when I use them to climb up or down as necessary. I recommend these carabiners.

As stated in the headline, strength!!! This thing is well worth the money. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with it. I do not use it as a repelling D-Ring but, it's use is spot-on. It is as advertiseda lot of products are over marketed to get you to buy, only to get the product, be disappointed and regret the purchase, which winds up returned, unused or trashed. Not this product. This works with one hand and can hold my entire weight behind itabove and beyond the strength and durability that I had imagined. Well pleased and thankful the this product. I don't think you will regret this purchase. Good pick.

I was able to get it in a very short time. It was for my granddaughter. It arrived before she left to go back to school. If she is going to climb, I want to help with safety!!! She was very happy with the gift. It had been recommended in a climbing class.

I cannot speak to use for climbing. I use these to help anchor heavy resistance bands to walls for use in my resistance band gym. They are more than adequate for that. I have no complaints.

We got these to connect an engine hoist to the engine. This is not the recommended use of the item. It worked great no issues.
