Mission: To facilitate empowerment of parents and caregivers of children with emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges through a community-based, family centered, culturally competent system of support, education and advocacy.
Results: Family Partners of Morris and Sussex Counties, a Family Support Organization, provides support for families with children who have special mental health, emotional, behavioral and developmental challenges and is based on three core principals; Support, Education and Advocacy. Family Partners of Morris and Sussex Counties, Family Support Organization, is a family led, private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization funded by New Jersey Division Children's System of Care.
Target demographics: Parents, caregivers, and youth, in Sussex and Morris Counties of New Jersey who have special behavioral, emotional, or mental health challenges.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 3,890 families, 280 youth, provided 6651.33 hours of peer support, 1834 attended our 280 support groups, ALL FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!
