Mission: Family Pathways is a charitable organization founded in 1978. Family Pathways' mission is to work with communities to develop supportive, caring relationships to help people meet their basic needs. This is done by providing a safety-net of essential services.

Programs include: Hunger Relief, Aging Services, Refuge Network Domestic Abuse Program and Shelter, and Youth Program. Over 23,000 people are served each year.

Service area includes the City of Forest Lake and the Counties of Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine in Minnesota and Polk County in Wisconsin.

Together with volunteers, donors, and the community at large, our neighbors are given hope and stability in a time of need.

Family Pathways is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1978, and donations are tax-deductible.
