Mission: Our mission is to provide opportunities for families in our diverse community to achieve self-sufficiency by offering community-based programs designed to bridge homelessness and independence.
Target demographics: families experiencing homelessness or food insecurity
Direct beneficiaries per year: In FY2021,64 individuals (27 adults and 37 children) participated in our housing programs; 11,272 bed-nights of shelter were provided. 2,900 individuals received food at our Cupboard.
Geographic areas served: Montgomery County, Pennsylvania
Programs: Emergency shelter, in partnership with 25 area congregations; a two-year transitional shelter program at our Ambler, PA apartments (Hope Gardens); long-term supportive housing for four families at homes in Ambler and Lansdale (Hope Forest and Hope on Fifth); and a food cupboard in Roslyn, PA.
