The mouth did not shut unless you shut it yourself. I didn't realize it was supposed to until I ordered a second that worked correctly. It is much for fun when the mouth closes on its own.

I love this, just wish it had arrived in better condition. There are lots of loose strings and areas where the 34;fur34; is coming unglued. It arrived that way, not from wear and tear.

I bought this as a gift for my nephew and it's hilarious and adorable. It was packaged nicely and arrived in a timely manner. My nephew loves his gift and all the kids in the family have fun with playing with it. My issue with it is that the teeth HURT! If you stick your finger in its mouth or if someone puts it against you, it will bite down and really hurt. It would be one thing if it was meant for adults but this is a toy for children so I wish the company would reconsider the material they use for the teeth.

It was pretty cool for the first week until the eyeball popped out just from my kids nicely playing with it the way it was meant to be played with.

Bought for 6 year old daughter and while it was fun to see cats face change, her hand got tired of squeezing the head to change the face. ( after only 4x) tiring for your hand.
