Mission: To achieve reproductive freedom, feminist women's health center - cedar river clinics provides abortion and reproductive health services and information, so women may determine their own destiny. We are a social change organization that combines direct services (abortion, birth control, reproductive healthcare), with activism (to preserve and expand access to services and information) and community education (to demystify health information and empower women's health choices).

Programs: In existence since 1979, the feminist women's health center, cedar river clinics in renton, tacoma, and seattle provide reproductive health care including abortion, well-woman care, birth control and lgbtq wellness services to our local communities, the northwest and sometimes, worldwide. The greatest achievement of cedar river clinics is to provide consistent high quality health care in a manner that is respectful to the patients and their families. Proud of its feminist foundation, cedar river clinics demystifies medical procedures and promotes patient participation in medical decision making. Clients are empowered to make informed health care decisions for themselves, and are respected for making those decisions.
