This is the real deal.Out fit my Squier Classic Vibe Stratocaster perfectly.I immediately noticed the increase in sustain without plugging it in. That was the litmus test and it passed with flying colors. To preserve my intonation and other settings I unbolted the block from my existing bridge and bolted this one on. It was much quicker and less of a headache than replacing the whole bridge and then going through the riga marole of setting the action and intonation all over again. If I'd have known that it was a simple bolt in replacement I would have just ordered the block instead of the assembly. But, I can use the bridge for another project.

Snugged this into a cheap squire, very tight fit but works and feels great. Can't put backplate on because it sits about even with the body. Keeps tune. Great for the price.

I was shocked to see this for under 20 bucks. You can't get the saddles for that! Took a long time to get the balance or spring tension right. Be prepared for a complete set up! Nice full size trem block. nice chrome

Terrific quality piece upon first sight. Compared it to my MIM strat, a Squier CV strat and I'm feeling 'upgrade-itis' coming on intensely. I will fully know when I install this bridge/block when I get down to it.Until then, I'm buying another to have in reserve and contemplating buying a third one.Think of it, if bought separately the bent-steel saddles, steel block and bridge plate would cost much more if purchased piece-meal.IMPORTANT: This bridge will only work with the smaller tremolo-arm shaft size of 5MM diameter as equipped on most Fender bridges. The Squier guitars require the larger 6MM diameter tremolo arm.FM

It's nice and solid, but i had to grind it down to fit in my old 90's Squier.

This went into a partscaster kit that came with a flimsy trem bridge. The sustain improvement was massive. Also, the screws are way higher quality than those preinstalled kit parts. For the price, this is a steal and a must for someone owning a cheap stray copy or builds a kit. The only issue is that the larger metal block of the bridge can bump against the wood of the body when using the tremolo arm if the kit guitar has a small bridge slot. I do not use it, and it was a great fit. Highly recommended and pretty cheap for a fender part.

If you've got a thin trem block to upgrade or need a trem system for a Strat project but don't want to spend a ton, then this is what you need. Just make sure your width measurements are good to go.

My particular package was worn where the a couple saddle screws got out so I am missing some. Hole for the term bar is misaligned. Thicker bottom than on older Mexican strats. Mine is a 2004. Which is fine because it still have some room to move just not as much because of the body routing. I plan to keep mine decked.

I was hoping this would be an upgrade but it wasn't. Had to use the screws from my old bridge and they fit so tight the trem wouldn't work. Plus the string holes don't line up straight with the saddles. Just not good engineering. Some reviews say it works great so maybe the QC is just uneven but I went back to what came with my kit.

It fit perfectly into my MIM Strat. The upgrade from the flimsy tremolo is notable in performance and sound quality when I hit the whammy bar. In addition, the installed tremolo had an open hole for the whammy bar, so I couldn't install the tension spring. This tremolo is properly closed and accepts the spring. Definitely worth the money.

It's a good replacement for my cheap Chinese bridge, I had to take a star off because the one that I was sent has a big piece of chrome chipped off of it and looks unsightly.

A cheap and easy upgrade to your Classic Vibe Strat. Those palm cutters those Squiers come with are cheap and just not worth the hassle. Does your guitar sound any better? Probably not, but your palm will thank you.
