Protects the balls. What more can you ask for? I will say, the sizes run a little big. Maybe get one size down from what you think you'd need.

Works great and is very comfortable. If you catch a shot to the beads. Do t worry it will still hurt but not as bad cause the padding is great. Keep them blows above the belt line y'all

(5’4- 120- 29-30 waist) It’s good protection material and fit just the cup I got a size small to play it safe idk if medium makes the cup bigger but if you put it higher then your waist you feel the cup pressing agents it and it doesn’t cup the rest I haven’t gotten punched yet so idk how it feels but it doesn’t bother me much when u spar and move around but if your blessed with a horse or a shower not a grower wouldn’t recommend
