I make my own salad dressings and mayo. I have even started popping corn in grapesred oil, and people rave... about popcorn?! It is light, can be used at high heats and is super healthy. And this size is amazingly economical. The expiration date is usually more than a year out, but with a large family that has never been a concern. I LOVE this oil and this size container

Cold pressed oils are so important! We use this one for higher smoke point cooking and to replace any vegetable oil in baking as it is pretty tasteless.
