Mission: The mission of the organization is to help kids of all backgrounds, with emphasis on at-risk kids, build confidence, develop character and acquire the skills needed to grow into productive and responsible adults.
Results: Goals/Accomplishments: •Goal 1: Increase the educational achievement rate of at-risk youth in the service area by 25%. oOutcome 1: The number of foster youth experiencing an increase in their basic skills level or attaining an educational certificate will increase by 75% (20 youth) •Goal 2: Increase the readiness/employment skill level of at-risk youth in theservice areaoOutcome2: The number of youth experiencing an increase in their employment will increase by 35% (24 youth) •Goal 3: Increase the number of employed foster youth in service area oOutcome4: Of the 90% youth entering employment, 50% (11 youth) will enter employment in their vocational field of study. •Goal 4: Increase employment retention rate for at-risk youth in our service areas oOutcome4: of the 11 youth entering employment in their vocational field of study, the number of youth retaining employment in that field of study for 90 days post-placement will increase by 80% (9 youth)
