I noticed that a basketball rim was broken in our neighborhood that the local kids play on so I purchased this rim and replaced it. It fit perfectly and it has the breakaway feature, my hope it that will extend its life.8

I installed this to replace the original hoop which was bent when high winds blew over my backboard. It was virtually identical to the original Lifetime hoop (except this one is black vs. the original, which was orange). So far it was easy to install.

Purchase this for our model basketball hoop. Made sure to follow the measurements requirements before purchase and it fit exactly. Appreciated that it came will all new bolts and nuts to replace the older ones that were slightly rusted.

I bought this assuming it wouldn't fit our Spalding hoop, but it did, thankfully.My Son and I were able to make this fit the Spalding back board, since the holes on the board were narrower then the holes on the bracket for the new hoop, slightly. We made it work and snugged it all up. I bent the hardware to force it all to fit. Wasn't that hard. And didn't have to buy a whole new hoop. 5 stars for durability and quality and design. Its a great replacement hoop.

I need a new rim because of basketball stand falling and bending. I did not need the spring system and measured check the attachment areas bolts etc. and this room work perfect very happy!

Still new but seems sturdy. We previously had one with a hollow hoop and it didn't last, this one seems much better.
