If I ever have the opportunity to meet Paula, I will most definitely word-vomit my undying love for her and her products.This exfoliator is gentle yet EFFECTIVE. I will mention, consistency is key like with anything else but after using this for roughly 4 weeks 2x daily my face has made tremendous strides. I am sure to moisturize and continue my skin routine but I love this stuff amongst many other products by Paula's Choice.

I bought the smallest bottle because I wasn't sure that I would like it. I only takes a few drops to do the job so this little bottle wasn't a awful purchase

Its very dry after exfoliating, has a weird feeling to it, but it does the job great! So far loving it

I did not understand how small this would be compared to the price. Not a very good value. This better be a miracle worker for the price.

This stuff is a-maz-ing. I have combination skin prone to breakouts during my period. Nothing major though. I added this to my routine and can already see a difference. My pores are clearer because I don't have small sprays of tiny bumps around my jawline anymore. My skin looks smoother already. I liked me previous exfoliator but this one has it beat!My process is cleanse, tone, exfoliate (this stuff), eye cream, serum, and moisturizer. Works great!

So I have tried so many different face care products and let me tell you my pores are non existent. I haven't experienced a brake out in weeks. I got the small 1oz bottle to see if it's worth it and I don't think I could live without this. I'm obsessed and keeps talking everyone to just get it! LoveeeeAlso it just gives u a clean refreshed look!

I've been using this product for only about 3 weeks and have seen an incredible change in my skin. I use it once or twice daily as instructed under a very light application of moisturizer (apricot oil) after it dries. On the nights I don't use it I only use this same brand's 1 retinol moisturizer. Important note: I have sensitive combination skin, very oily enlarged pores with hormonal acne and blackheads, but also dry patches. Many products make me break out and have weird skin texture.In ONLY 3 WEEKS my pores are smaller, my skin texture is so smooth, and my blackheads are going away. I feel like my skin is somehow both much less dry and less oily from using this, maybe because the dead skin wasn't retaining moisture as well? I was experimenting with different face washes for like, my whole life to try to achieve this effect and everything was either too harsh or not cleansing enough (combo skin lol), but now I use this same brand's "hydrating cleanser" and it seems to be fine because I'm using this exfoliant.At first I did experience some of the "purging" that some people refer to when their acne flares up and some increased flakiness, but that went away after about a week. Now when I get a pimple it usually is on the way out the next morning if I use this exfoliant the night before, and the flakiness is gone. My sensitive skin does not react to this at all, I haven't experienced any redness, itching, or burning. Everyone else says to use sun protection with this so I listened for them (I usually do spf 50 and a hat for outside stuff) and no problems there either.Overall, I don't know how this product compares to the competition, but I know it really works for me and has made me a lot more confident in my skin. My bottle still has about a or left after 3 weeks and I used it pretty liberally so it's a good amount of product. As I mentioned, I also got the hydrating cleanser and 1 retinol cream (for fine lines) from this brand and I feel like they work well together without being harsh on my skin. This is the best my skin has ever felt!!!!

I'm a 65 year old female who has struggled with broken out, red and flaky patches on my nose and forehead for 30 years. I've tried many prescriptions and creams. Nothing worked. I accidentally came across Paula's Choice Exfoliate liquid. I gently Pat it on my face and neck twice a day using a cotton pad or cotton ball. My face is completely healed! My pores are small. My nose isn't swollen anymore. My skin glows. I follow the directions exactly and apply sunscreen in the morning after applying the liquid and face cream at night after the 2nd application of the liquid. I'm very pleased. I should have taken before/after photos but didn't. I highly recommend this wonderful miracle product.

This was my 2nd and last bottle I am purchasing. I contacted the seller to let them know I purchased a bottle with a horrible stench. They replied and said every batch is different and some may have a smell. No offer for a replacement. My husband has commented that he can smell it too. Poor customer service!!!

I like this product. A lot. But I don’t like the smell. It is not a moisturizer but more on the line of a serum. It’s gentle, seems to be doing well on my pores and freshening up my “mature” skin. I use it everyday twice a day and practically everywhere.

will def irritate your skin but it beauty is pain I suppose LOL but it does have its benefits so you'll have to make that decision for yourself. it is a milld burn though I will say.

Although I think this product works great for exfoliation and keeps my skin smooth, I was hoping it would help with sun spots because that's what came up in my search.

Just got this a few days ago so far seems ok. Hard to do a review at this time .

I'm in treatment w chemo. I use it 1 evening an then next am. Off for 2 days and past ewks I have seen a change. I use it on a deep wrinkle. And I am seeing results.And moisturizer!! I use like 3 products after this one.

Been using couple weeks now and my skin hasn't much seen a difference
