Originally purchased this product to feed my koi when I was on vacation. It worked so well that I now have it in place all the time. The lowest feed setting delivers about 1 tablespoon of Tetra sticks. Just right for my two koi who are still young.

A raccoon was easily able to knock the spout off causing all of the fish food to dump into the pond, wasting all of it. Be sure to reinforce the spout and in my case use a large big box store 5 gallon bucket to cover the entire unit so not to as easily attract hungry critters.

I have this set up on my Koi pond for vacation and so far so good. I check it every day via my outside camera and the squirrels are not interested so that is a plus!

Worked well as designed. Programming for various amounts of food. I bolted it to a plank weighted down with two 6x12 stone tiles and taped the housing to the base. It survived a major AZ haboob (dust storm) in place.

This is the 3rd feeder we purchased of the same type. When it works, it is great. However, after installing this one, within the first 2 days, the nozzle came off when dispensing food and all the food fell into the pond. It took me 2 hours to remove most of the excess food. We assumed it was a racoon that pulled it off in the night, so set up a barrier and reinstalled it. When advancing the food after the 2nd installation, the nozzle came off again. I was able to capture most of the food in a container I had, but still lost a large amount of food that had to be skimmed out of the pond again. I have now taped the nozzle on to the base and it seems to be working fine. This was an expensive loss of good koi food.

Would have given it 5 stars if it was waterproof dispensed a little less food when set to lowest setting. The 2 prior feeders ended up being immersed with water became inoperative. I bolted this one down to a long piece of lumber, so hopefully thrd times a charm

So this worked, but I do not feel like it had a fine enough adjustment for my pond. It just dumped so much food no matter how I set it. I like just enough food for the fish to eat so none ends up in the skimmer. Maybe my pond was just not big enough for it. Overall it worked good.

Nice quaity fish feeder, easy to assemble - just follow easy instructions included.Timer is easy to set - Feeder easy to set, I like the 3 feeding options, my Koi only require AM and PM feeding.Large capacity holding bin, I use Koi pellets and they work fine. When you first load hopper I used manual feed to fill the tube. ( took a few times for the food to fill the tube.( battery operated 4 C batteries)Very nice feeder.

Only had this product for a few days, but it seems to be working fine. Set it up to feed twice daily. Followed the advice of other customers located it high above the water to avoid moisture from getting it the feed tube put it in a covered bucket, as others say it does not hold up well in direct sunlight. Also put a shoot under it to have the pellet food spread-out a bit more.

I bought this feeder for my small pond with 2 Koi fish to feed my fish while I am gone for 2 months. I started using it ahead of time to make sure everything was working properly. So far so good. I live in Hawaii, so I am hopping it holds up with the summer heat when I am gone. From previous reviews it states to keep it out of the sun. We attached the feeder to a piece of waterproof plywood and placed a steppingstone on each side to keep it in place. It has held up well during a few hard rain and windstorms.
