This laptop, is everything that I expected, plus. If you are looking for a computer that is not basic, but not so advanced, that you can't handle its features, then this is the computer for you. I highly recommend it to anybody, that uses a computer for a living, and needs something, strong and durable, but not big and bulky!

The laptop is beautiful and lightweight as advertised, however I wasn't unable to get it on immediately. I plugged it in and left it for about an hour and then tried again and it came on.

I've had this computer for 3 years now and I have had no issues with it. I did buy it for school so, it's meeting those needs perfectly. Just this year the fan has been a little loud but only if I'm covering the back of the grate where the fan is. It's bigger/longer than most laptops which makes it a little harder to find bags or covers for but again, no real issues.

We'll the laptop is good for what your paying. If your going to by doing homework for college is perfect an you can play some small titles like LoL or overwatch everything lol at 720 with some bugs when everything starts exploding but playable. Fortnite low setting playable. Doom suprisingly playable an dying light. But this is not a gaming pc. If you are like that likes to play small titles an work for the system your getting a good deal mostly. Recommended buying extra ram i did an makes the system better. So for the money your paiding your getting a good deal is up to you to makes better or not.

Lots of great features for such a reasonable price. It works well in every way, except that it arrived with 1 USB port working off and on. Not something I use often, but as on now, none of them work. It's irritating. For the times I simply need to transfer a file. And it's been this way since September or October, so the ports didn't even last a year. Otherwise a good buy.

Unfortunately the price has gone up since I purchased, but this laptop replaced an ACER that was over ten years old and still going strong, except it's processing power was limited and couldn't run Windows 11. This one is fast and powerful, I added another SSD, which is very easy since the bracket is included, and I am very pleased with the overall quality.

I purchased a refurbished Acer Aspire 5 Slim laptop that listed as being in Acceptable condition and judging by it's qualify and its performance I feel that it should have been listed as being in great condition.Service, communication, delivery, product - above board in every category.I'm very happy with my purchase and I will go with this service again. At first laptop was great. I used it only for youtube and most of the time office. I bought it in June and after all that time im experiencing bugs, laptop is really slow now. I cant even use it. I throw 500$ on this for nothing :(

new laptop and it restarts by itself right when you in the middle of something..it keeps doing it randomly..NOT GOOD wish i could get my money back..I like acer computers and have several others but this one restarts by itself and i dont care for Windows 11 EITHER

Right side hinge broke with normal use and screen began distorting. Would never purchase another Acer. Unable to repair hinge.
