We have this same model from a few years ago and now have upgraded to this version. It has some meaningful upgrades included USB C ports which we have now switched over to. our other one has worked flawlessly for hte past few years and will be passed on to other owners.

Tard muchsimo en decidirme por esta laptop por los comentarios negativos, lanlos, pero miren ms los positivos y el potencial que puede tener, por el precio que tiene hace lo que tiene que hacer. Si buscan una buena laptop a buen precio no busquen ms.

This is the cheapest good brand laptop I have ever reviewed.It is NOT meant for gaming for many reasons:- Not enough video memory- Hard Drive way too small.- Processor not powerful enoughIt is meant for youtube browsing, checking your mails, reading the news, maybe watch a movie but not much more.I am also very frustrated by the lack of USB ports (it only has 2 USB-A and one USB-C) and no micro SD port.If you want to make it better, it is necessary to open it and void the warranty to add a larger hard drive and maybe see to add more ram.In conclusion:Nothing fantastic but for the price, it is still hard to beat. 4 stars.

Specifications are not for gaming. Mainly used for other use like school/work. Very easy to setup and has everything you need. If you are looking for a laptop to game, there are other options out there. But for basic essentials, can't go wrong with this one

I bought this Acer laptop because of the number of glowing reviews (thousands) and due to the sale price (under $400). I cannot give you CPU clock speeds and jazz like that but I have NEVER owned or operated a computer that boots up as quickly (WAY less than 60 seconds) and does so many things well.The HD space is pretty limited but you CAN install a bigger hard drive if you want (I don't plan to because I don't need it). I gave this laptop 5 stars despite this limitation. Windows 11 works great (having moved up from 8.1) and the AMD CPU screams in comparison to my old Intel 3 laptop.Give this computer consideration because it's pretty fabulous, imo.

I got this to replace my aging Acer, which could no longer be updated. It has most of the features that I had loved but not the combination of the backlit keyboard and touch screen (I had to give up the touch screen). It's more sleek than the previous model but doesn't seem as sturdy. The screen seems unstable/flexible when opening it such that I feel like if I pulled up on only one corner, I could crack it (at the hinges or the screen itself).Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase. It's definitely faster and the picture quality is good. Sound is a little weak but I don't use it for music so that's not an issue. My only complaint is that it came with a lot of bloatware. I am still dealing with that annoying Norton antivirus notification, even though I have repeatedly said NO! (I already transferred my previous program to this machine.)

This is a solid entry level laptop with all of the latest tech at its price point. It isn't very upgradable as 8gb of memory can't be changed but combined with the latest Ryzen 3 processor it should be sufficient for what you want to use it for. It can handle some low res gaming such as GTA 5 on low settings among others.Wifi 6 is nice as it is a newly unlocked band and many new devices still do no have the ability to connect to this. Windows 11 is included but the S' mode isn't for everyone. Fortunately you can disable S mode and proceed with normal functionality. This model is thin and lightweight coming in at around 3 lbs. The IPS screen is big with crisp, vivid images and plenty of brightness. Overall this is a great entry level pc and matches up well to other major brands at a similar price point.

Once the Microsoft Store Bloatware was deleted the setup went fine. There are other software included but not restrictive.The screen colours and speed are good.It will take some time to adjust to the 15 inches vs my old HP desktop.

pretty good laptop, although its not very good for gaming, i don't remember if the memory was soldered or not, but i couldnt upgrade it to anything better than 4gb ram.

This is one of the best laptops iv had in a long time. Three things you must do first. Add more ram and second hard drive and take it out of windows 10 s mode. After I did those things this thing runs amazing. I do school work, play games, and I'm currently writing a book and it dose amazing. Definitely will buy another one.

Got this as a work/writing laptop and have been really pleased! The solid state drive is a huge blessing; very short restart/load times. I have a desktop computer for gaming, but I can actually play a few easier-to-run games (Stardew Valley, Undertale, point and click, Nancy Drew) My only negative is that I prefer to have actual buttons for the mouse buttons, but on this laptop it's all part of the track pad. If you don't mind that, then this is a great choice!
