The belts are super long and hard. They come rolled up so that's basically how they stay. Wish there was more flexibility. Serves its purpose for our flag football team.

Best flags on the market, personal opinion. I play a lot of flag football and finally spent some money on the best ones. They are a little firm when you first open them but after a few games they start to loosen up. Highly recommend if you play often.
