I bought this as a gift, so it was not opened within the return window. When the package was opened, the whole side seam of the hat was torn.

These hats just fit and look right. I wear mine a lot for work and they never disappoint. They last forever and the elastic headband is usually the first to go but by that time its served a long life and time for a new one.
