It's just a tad too big, but still fits ok. This hat provides a great work area and material for laser art, got a great ghost image! Will also mention water beads up and runs off this hat!While waiting on my photos to load, the app asked if I know any good jokes, so... If you're swimming in the ocean, and a dolphin bites you, did he do it on porpoise?

The XXL size is the same as the 7-5/8 - 8 size but there is a major difference in price. I am happy with the hat. It fits well, very comfortable, and the fabric seems breathable. Fabric is similar to the light weight quick drying microfiber and has a lot of stretch. Some hats are cotton and are not comfortable in the Texas heat. I recommend this hat but shop around to avoid being overcharged for the same exact product.

Nice ball cap, I order a XXL and got a XXL. Breaths good smooth flex around the head, not rough feeling around forehead. Nice hat.

Maybe because I sweat heavy. It got a smell that I couldn't get out. I washed it in the washer with cold water like 3 or 4 times but the smell was like soaked in. Then I washed it on the hottest heat and the hat completely fell apart.

I love everything about the flexfit delta hats so comfortable easy to clean being a fan of dirt racing it's gets dirty easy so with a quick wash in the sink it cleans up well and doesn't damage the material or anything last years if taken care of absolutely fantastic hat best on the market hands down!! flexfitdelta1

After a few wears the adhesive they use the glue the seamless seams (lol) on deteriorated and I'm left with a horizontal split in the hat...very comfortable otherwise.

Very comfortable hat. Fits as expected. Light weight.Only down side is the seam covers glued on the inside don't last long and come undone and fall out. I've had two hats split the seams so far. Probably going to go back to normal flex fits.

If you're looking for a light weight ball cap that fits, this is it. I wear about 7-7/8 which is hard to find. This cap has several size alternatives and the largest one fits perfectly.
