Standard plain black hat which is all I wear. I like the mesh part of it to let my head breath a little. Mesh could be a little looser for extra breathability, but you can see light through it if you hold it up to the sun. I hate snap and velcro back hats so flex fit is the only choice for me.

This cap was advertised as a medium profile cap. Since this is a small/medium size, the crown height may be the same as the next size up, but it comes off as a very high crown. So it looks like the crown profile was not adjusted down to match the cap size. As a result, except for folks that are on the very high end of the medium size, and have a deep crown, this cap looks very odd wearing it.

I'm usually a medium/large when ordering baseball hats made by new era so wasn't sure what to order here. Went with L / XL and it fits better than the NE medium/large does.Haven't worn it out a bunch yet so can't speak to how it'll hold up, but bought this to put a patch I had on and very happy with purchase.

The fit is good, the mesh is nice kind of thick and lined in the inside so not like a trucker mesh. The crown however is pretty high. Makes it look a little goofy on my dome which is already huge.

Could just be my preference but the hat is pretty deep. Great fit and the elastic doesn't feel like it's cutting into me but keeps the hat secure on my head. As mentioned in another review, until the hat breaks in, there is a hard part on the front of the cap that leaves a mark on your head. A little annoying but goes away after awhile.I'd love to buy more of these if they have a model that isn't as deep

The mesh is purely cosmetic on the outside. The inside is still solid fabric so it doesn't breathe. Thehat is not cool in hot weather. This will make a nice hat in the winter.

I usually buy Flexfit hats in the L/XL size and they fit me perfectly. This hat which is a one-size Flexfit does go on my head and I do wear it occasionally but it's a bit tight and not a good option for longer than just an hour or two, unless you like hat-headaches and dents in your forehead that last for hours.

Great hat due to the material and feel, and its light weight. I typically have a medium to large sized head but the small - medium size fits perfectly. Anyone for a smaller head will have issues with the small size, as my girlfriend and father didnt like the fit.

Good fit, good look, but it just sits too high in the middle giving off more of a dome/dunce look. In other words, it doesn't feel molded properly to the head.

Great hat, I bought the small, medium and it was still a bit big but if you curve the bill then it will fit a little more snug. Just don't get caught in a windstorm or you will lose it.

Wishing it was low profile, but it comes pretty close, but not to boxy as a 59fifty.I am keeping and its quite comfortable. Check out my pictures for comparison. Left to right, 59fifty, flexfit, 59fifty low profile. Hope it helps.

I wear a size 7-718 in New Era hats and the small/medium fit just fine. Back of the hat is a soft mesh, which does allow some air flow and if you don't mind a slightly curved bill, this hat should workout for you.
