My wife's health and sight are going downhill fast. This was a PERFECT remote for her. 6 easy-to-see buttons is all she needs.

I have a dad with dementia, and Spectrum cable required two remotes since the Spectrum remote would not work with the older Insignia TV. Plus, the hundred buttons simply confused my dad. I read and followed the instructions and this remote worked the first time! And it has only the buttons he needs and understands. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my elderly mom who was having challenges figuring out what all the buttons on her old remote were for. (I don't blame her!).This one was easy to sync to her television (she has a Vizio with a cable box) and she is loving only have the buttons she needs on the remote.

My elderly mother w/ dementia struggled endlessly with the standard remote from her cable tv provider. She has no trouble w/ this remote and is very happy with it. I am only semi tech-savvy and installation was easy.

My dad is in a nursing home and he gets confused with all the buttons on standard remotes. I bought him this one and it's perfect! The nursing home staff asked me where I got it because they felt it could help lots of their patients. Great item for seniors! One notea tether hole would be helpful though. We had to tape a tether to the remote so it wouldn't get lost.

I bought this for an elderly person who was always pushing the wrong buttons on the cable remote. The cable company was called several times because the tv didn't work. This dandy remote works on all three TV's which is wonderful. No more calling the cable company.

It seems to be just what my elderly mom requires. Before acquiring this device, she would often play with all the buttons on her overly-complicated TV remote control, sometimes getting herself lost on stations or other screens she couldn't exit. This device still has the functionality of a regular remote, but my mother doesn't need these other functions. Its bright white color also makes it easier for her to locate.

This was a life saver for my 90year old mom that was having trouble with her tv remote. She kept pushing the input button and her screen would go blank. She didn't know how to fix it.Since we got her this remote she hasn't had an issue at all. So thankful for the easy to read and simple design

After being regularly called out to my 80-90 year old in-laws, to help them sort out the complex remote control for their TV, I ordered this and it does the job. This remote appears to quite universal, as I could easily teach it the main commands of their unknown-brand existing remote. They still confuse sometimes the volume with the channel buttons (orange vs. blue buttons), but usually find their way in the end. Occasionally the TV needs to be rebooted, so just don't dispose of the original remote controller, which may be needed in these cases. A highly recommended product.

This remote is absolutely perfect for my Mom, who was struggling with the complexity of using 2 remotes with her new smart TV. The tech support was superb from Dan, who spent quite a bit of time with us on the phone, and was Incredibly patient, knowledgeable and ultimately successful in getting our flipper synced with her new TV and cable boxHighly recommend
