Not only is the Flipper exactly what I have been looking for to help my 90 year old Mom, but customer service was above and beyond ANYTHING I've experienced. Set up of the remote was easy and straight forward, but Mom's smart TV was still requiring a choice when the Flipper turned both the cable box and the TV on. I called the customer support number on a Sunday morning and as expected, they were closed and I was directed to the website for chat assistance. No problem.....Mom would just have to wait until Monday to be up and running when I'd call again. I fiddled around a bit more when I received a call from a California number, and thinking it was spam, ignored it. BUT...there was a message left. Dan from FLIPPER was offering help on SUNDAY! Dan guided me in this last step, and when we hit a roadblock, he said he would do some research and get back to me. Within an hour, Dan solved the problem and Mom's Flipper was in perfect control of the TV/Cable Box. ALL OF THIS ON A SUNDAY MORNING ...UNBELIEVABLE!! Thank you, Dan, and the great folks at Flipper for helping senior children help their more senior parents. Truly appreciated.
