Met the needs for my Mom who is aging and has eyesight problems. With her old remote she got to the point that she wouldn't change channels for fear of pressing the wrong buttons. I really like the “hidden” advanced controls for adding channels. Easy to set up once you get the hang of it. No complaints.

This universal remote is so easy to set up right out of the box for my mom who's 80 years old , with big on off button and just the buttons she needs to control her TV, thank you seller, problem solved !

OMG! I was extremely impressed with this product and Dan, who walked me through the process! This product should be put in the hands of all of those who Have difficulty with modern day remote controls! I feel that it would make the lives of those who suffer from dementia a whole lot easier to navigate! This company has been around for 10 years and I am surprised that I have not heard of it before and cannot imagine being without it for my father! I give this product 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for its ease in accessibility! If it were to ever go public, I would definitely purchase it's stock! My hat goes off once again to Mr.Dan for his guidance and excellent customer service as he is a true asset to the Flipper company and the elderly! Thank you again for all that you have done to make this an awesome experience with the Flipper remote!

I ordered this for my blind, 90 year old father. His satellite dish control had too many buttons. He was constantly messing up his tv and needed rescuing. This control solved all our problems. He can switch channels, adjust the volume and power both the tv satellite receiver on off. It was quick easy to set up program.

Bought this for my grandma who is 81. Easy for her to use. Was able to set her favorite channels so she does not have to punch in channels. Able to see the big colored buttons easier than the normal cable remote. Great purchase for her.

I purchased this for my elderly mother who continually struggled with all the buttons and menus accessible using the original TV remote. The Flipper remote eliminates all the buttons while allowing her to only access key functions. Great product!

This is a wonderful product! It is great for seniors and the customer service is outstanding. Those who have had issues getting it to work for both channels and volume control should reach out to the manufacturer. They can walk you through programming issues. The company will respond quickly by email and will also provide a support phone number if needed as well. It is so easy to operate, it is durable, and outstanding customer service. Definitely a great product!

Superb for folks who have less hand strength and/or awareness - very easy to operate.Lessons learned: get it before you have to - will make everyone's life happier and more pleasant when elderly/handicapped folks still feel like they have some choice/control in their surroundings!

I got this remote for my elderly mother who always presses the wrong buttons and messes up the tv. This remote is EXACTLY what I was hoping for! Not only that, it works on both an older TV AND a newer, smart TV!!! I just ordered a second one.

I bought this for my elderly mom who was having challenges figuring out what all the buttons on her old remote were for. (I don't blame her!).This one was easy to sync to her television (she has a Vizio with a cable box) and she is loving only have the buttons she needs on the remote.
