LITERALLY! these things smell so bad! such a strong, chemical odor! i found a couple dark tiles at a thrift store recently, and wanted more to create a larger square of cork. these arrived and matched perfectly but it took almost 3 weeks for the smell to dissipate.

I was putting together a recording booth and had to cover a very large metal cabinet on the wall that I could not remove. So I decided to make it a bulletin board using these cork panel. They cut very easily with a box cutter knife and I mounted them with double-sided Gorilla tape. Perfect to keep the sound of my voice from bouncing off the metal, and I get to use it as a bulletin board as well! So glad I bought this.

Purchase these to surround the area of wall where a dartboard is in the game room. They went up easily, and they have stayed up on the drywall so far. They provide great protection for overzealous gamers with poor aim!! :)

I purchased these for a place to post information by stick pins. They are attractive, I haven't installed them but did handle them upon receipt. I believe they are fragile and can cause concern if they aren't able to handle more than a few months of being used as a bulletin board. They have yet to be put to the test, so we'll see.

Cork it great easy to put up and keep all my notes and messages right at my door.. so great to have in any room,.. even for kids to keep them in the loop for homework or messages for appointments.

I ordered these to replace some cork tiles we have on one wall. They are darker than the ones we had before, but work just fine. So far the adhesive is holding well.

I covered a metal cabinet with these tiles to use as a bulletin board. The thickness was perfect for the pushpins.

These cork tiles are awesome! I really appreciate the fact that these tiles came in the dark brown color; that color seems to be difficult to find. The tiles are thick, sturdy, and will stick to multiple surfaces using the double sided tape that is included in the package. A great value for the price!

This cork smelled, was very crumbly and fell apart easily. It also left marks.

Simple cork squares that come with everything needed to adhere to the wall. They are a little messy when removing from packaging and placing on the wall, but it cleans up easily.

I actually used the cork to put in a frame for my kitchen to put reminders. I love the cork color and it was perfectly fitted into the frame. I also cut some pieces for my lazy susan in the kitchen because my spices were shorter and I couldn't read the labels over the edge. I cut the cork in a round shape to fit the lazy susan and voila! I can read all the spice labels now. I did wrap the cork in paper for a cleaner cupboard since the cork does shed a bit. Overall, I'm finding it very versatile.
