I hooked up my 1 group La Marzocco Linea Classic espresso machine to a water filter and plumbed in line and discovered that the filtration was not good enough. The water in my area is super hard with very high TDS. Baby babyI went to a Flojet and distilled water with Third Wave Water and while the water is perfect, the machine bounced around 9 bar while pulling a shot.After adding this accumulator, the pressure stays spot-on at 9 bar. Works perfectly. It was very easy to install once I had the correct adapters.It did not come with the necessary adapters for 3/8” waterlines. I purchased those from Caffewerks.I've seen information that states you do not need an accumulator if you are just running one item off the Flojet. It certainly helped my situation though, and was recommended by La Marzocco.

Used in a van. Started with the Seaflo 0.75L tank (high quality and much cheaper) but did not leave enough side to side clearance for my pipes. The flojet measured at least 1 less from tip to tip of the barb adapters. However, Flojet does not seem to offer 3/8 barb quick connect fittings. Had to use some from shureflo, which did not fit and had to be modified. Quick connects are great to quickly service the system.
