I use this product to detox. I recently have been buying the same product in tea form, that I brew one serving at a time, because it's more cost effective (and doesn't need to be refrigerated.)

I have used this Tea for years, take it in the evening, sleep like a baby. The history of the tea is interesting and it works, for many, many years it has helped people with a varied list of ailments.
