These girls come to gr having experienced chaotic family environments, homelessness, abuse, mental illness, and severe emotional issues and, for some, human trafficking. Gr offers 24-hour care and staff supervision within a community-based, residential setting. The home environment with private rooms and shared common areas provides space for recreation, interaction and group classes to help develop critical life skills and knowledge related to financial management, employment readiness, stress management, preventive healthcare, healthy relationships and parenting.

community based services provides individualized, home based skills development, training and education that help youth and adults achieve self-sufficiency via life skills programs that teach: goal setting and decision making; money management; education planning; job seeking and maintenance.

the girl's leadership academy (glaaz) provides a rigorous college preparatory environment to low-income, economically disadvantaged and underserved girls. Each year, glaaz helps close arizona's achievement gap and boosts college enrollment among approximately 130 underserved high school girls. Our advancement via individual determination (avid) curriculum and concurrent college enrollment effectively prepare underrepresented students for college. Avid improves college readiness for students traditionally underrepresented in higher education and supports teachers with quality resources and training.
