Mission: We believe that people who determine and follow their own Core Values will make better decisions, experience a more engaged life, and be empowered to achieve their goals with passion and determination.

• Our mission is to challenge students, athletes and adults to explore what is important to them, then take ownership by composing and sharing a self-determined set of Core Values to guide their attitude and decisions.
• We also help provide life changing experiences to young people who embrace the Core Values Matter principle, have a passion to achieve something special, and demonstrate financial need.

Results:

• Our Decisions Program is currently being implemented in schools and businesses around Vermont.
• We have awarded over 100 Adventure Scholarships to youth throughout North America.

• We award 15-20 Adventure Scholarships annually to youth around North America.
• Our Decisons programs impact hundreds of students, adults, and athletes.
