I wanted a foam roller with a little give to it, and this is perfect. The hard ones hurt my spine when I roll on them. This one doesn't!

For poor posture, rounded shoulders, and after ACDF surgery, this is what you want to stretch your chest muscles out as well as to roll out your back. Better than most chiropractors.

Product was as expected. I am using these, cut in half, for travel back care and then as a foot rest. Light, easy to carry, and obviously versatile. The roller helps if my back is stiff after a plane ride or long car ride It's also nice under the neck to help keep things flexible. I thought to try this as a foot rest too because it's just about the right height to make sitting more comfortable -- and I can roll my feet on it, which helps with circulation and also feels like a little foot massage. It's firm, but gives a bit to the touch, so not too hard on one's muscles.

Just can't believe this is $12, it is literally a super slim piece of crap quality foam, with a light plastic film on just the curved side, the flat side is completely unfinished. I was expecting a foam roller like they have at PT, this looks like it was used in packaging a tv and belongs in the trash..

Good for people just starting since it is smaller and not as hard as the black ones. It doesn't work as good though since it is softer. I use it for back of legs since the larger blacker ones are harder to balance on. Would recommend though. Good quality

Very nice for the price. It's long, so it's more for lying on vertically, under the back from neck down to tail bone. But you can also use it for regular foam rolling. It is on the softer side, so it's gentler if you are sore when you foam roll.
