Direct beneficiaries per year: Footprints on the Heart supported countless families in 2019.We provided in-person support to over 25 families last year and provided online peer support to hundreds of families.

Geographic areas served: Footprints on the Heart provides free in-person support to families facing the unimaginable loss of a baby in the first two years of life in the following Georgia counties: Bartow, Floyd, Polk, Gordon, Murray, Whitfield, and additional nearby counties. We provide online support to families all over the country.

Programs: Footprints on the Heart comes alongside families at the time of loss to make lasting memories, provide remembrance photography, help with funeral planning, provide peer support, and participate in various community outreach events each year. The families we serve in-person at the time of loss are gifted a H. O. P. E. Box full of bereavement resources and materials. Our Stitches From the Heart program helps provide infant burial wear for our precious babies whose lives were much too brief.
