My grandaughter loved these dolls. When she found out the mermaids had legs she was so happy. And Dont try to open the seashell until you read the directons in the small package inside the box.

I got this doll on a very reduced price , so that plays a big part in my review. Her hair is amazing. I got the version with the pink streaks instead of the usual orange color so I consider myself lucky. It is so long shiny and soft. Excellent quality. Just for the hair the doll was worth what I payed. The tail is cute and well made and so are her top and shorts. The accesories are cute too. The sunglasses fit her very well and her shoes are adorable. The earrings were fun to find in her shell laptop. Her face is cute in a childish way. Wished she had wrist articulations and her knees and elbows did a full 90 degree angle. What I REALLY did not like was her neck/head joint. My doll looks like she is always watching an airplane go by or doing the pledge of alliance. Her head is stuck in an odd position.

I was a bit skeptic in buying these because of the price but they are super pretty for the cost. Gave a 4 star only because it's a Christmas present and I obviously can't open them to see the quality of them. After my girls open both styles I bought I will come back with a more accurate review but so far so good.

I purchased a few of these for gifts. I already gave one and the little girl loved it! It appears to be well made and has accessories that she enjoyed. A little one would need help changing the outfit.
