Mission: To enable the needy to overcome poverty through satisfaction of their basic needs and affording them the opportunity to grow and to be self sufficient. This is done by collaborating with community businesses and organizations to provide:Food for the hungrySchool of HOPE – Pre-vocational and vocational job training and placementHousing, health and social service referralsTo build strong children and families enabled to break the cycle of poverty in their livesIn other words, we give children, individuals, and families HOPE for the Future through food distribution, educational programs, social service collaboration, and coalition building to break the cycle of poverty in their lives. We help families realize their dreams. We do this by serving more than 300,000 people annually in Fort Worth and Dallas.

Target demographics: Families whose income are near the poverty level - Many grandmothers looking for ways to feed their grandchildren Disable Veterans often homeless Disabled Seniors on fixed income Unemployed looking for jobs

Programs: Food DistributionThursday and Fridays are Food Distribution Days at The HOPE Center. Registration is from 9:00 AM until 12:00 pm. Osha certified forklift training classes. Logistics training classes. Job placement assistance.
