Mission: The Foundation for Community Driven Innovation (FCDI) is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting academic achievement, economic development and the spirit of innovation through inspiring programs, active learning and engaging projects for people of all ages.

Results: * Welcomed hundreds of guests and visitors to AMRoC Fab Lab introducing them to capacity building programs and opportunities *Provided safe programming to youth and adults throughout the COVID-19 pandemic through automotive tech education, robotics, esports and more* Hosted four FIRST youth robotics teams serving more than 50 youth who earned top honors in remote competitions and challenges throughout the 2020 season *Launched 20 new businesses via our Equity in Entrepreneurship program, now in its 3rd cohort*Partnered with other area nonprofits and agencies in the development of drone programs, an Aquaponics Vertical Wall Garden to be used for STEM and food security education, sewing programs, aeronautics education and more*Opened the AMRoC Research and Development Lab to support innovation and education in Uptown Tampa
