Mission: The goal of The Foundation for Homeless Cats is to educate community leaders and residents of Maricopa County, Arizona, on implementing an economically feasible method for humanely reducing the population of stray and free roaming cats, thus easing neighborhood tensions, fostering compassion, and to see abuse of homeless cats diminished and anti cruelty laws enforced.
