FourBlock is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting returning service members in their transition from military service to meaningful civilian careers. Our flagship Veteran Career Readiness Program is taught by corporate executives in major cities across the U. S. and now serves more than 600 transitioning veterans annually. We help transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses build meaningful professional relationships and prepare for a successful military transition through our comprehensive suite of in-person and online career readiness programming. Results: More than 3,000 veterans and transitioning service members have completed our programs, and more than 500 companies across the country have hired FourBlock alumni. Based on 2019-2020 follow-up data, 83% of FourBlock alumni find a new career and remain employed one year after program exit (based on 2019-2020 alumni follow-up data).
