I have coached hundreds of soccer and basketball games in my life. The Fox 40 will always get the players attention during play and can actually be used to quiet talking among players when the coach is talking. A couple of short burst gets everyone's attention.

The whistles were like all Fox 40s-Loud! I now won't lose mine as the bright green one can be easily seen!

Lightweight, loud and perfect for kayaking (or umping, reffing, as a safety/security device, etc.). I specifically wanted Fox due to recommendations and am a happy new customer!

I'm soccer referee of all ages and I love Fox 40 Classic. It's very loud and I don't have to worry about players saying I didn't hear the whistle. Great product.

Works very well, takes practice obviously but just as loud as my other fox 40. If anything slightly louder because the guard provides a seal.

While other versions of the FOX40 whistle may be cheaper, these have rubber on the mouthpiece to protect your teeth and make it more comfortable to keep in your mouth. This is a very loud whistle and works great for directing traffic, coaching, or emergency signaling.
