It seems to be a standard ALICE pack.Used to make a Chainsaw carrying backpack to clear trails of fallen trees.

I've looked at pack frames costing 3 times this price and don't find any discernible differences in quality. I am going to improvise a bottom shelf as that is the only thing lacking on this frame. Can't beat this buy.
