I have always had trouble with brown sugar hardening once it is opened. I decided to try this sugar keeper. I am totally amazed. It keeps my brown sugar soft and pliable. If you are not using your brown sugar often, you might have to check occasionally that the bear is still doing his magic. If the sugar is starting to get hard, again, soak your bear a couple of hours, pat dry, and put it back in your container!
