I bought this batter bowl a number of years ago and used the heck out of it. Then it broke. (No fault of this very sturdy product; it got forcibly pressed between my couch's motorized foot rest and the couch itself. Somehow, it only broke into a few pieces.) I recently replaced it and am happy to say the quality is exactly the same. I love this thing and use it ALL THE TIME!

I use this bowl for everything. The size is perfect . You can mix hot items in it . Its large enough for a batch of cookies a cake or a salad . Kitchen must .

I got this for making ghee so I can easily pour ghee into mason jars without spilling. So I suspect that it should do the job just fine. But I have to agree with other reviewers who had stated that it does have a sharp edge around where your fingers lay when you are holding the measuring cup. Since I am not using this everyday I am happy with the price I paid.

some recipes require a two qt. container to cook in microwave. This works fine.

This is a sturdy and nice intermediate size - 4 cups. Replaces mine of many years that was dropped and broke. Well packaged for the transit.

Pro: Able to fit my 12inx12in nut milk bag.Dishwasher safe.Easy to clean.Con: Might spill a little when pouring into a bottle.Have a line as shown on the image (But I think it's to to seal the glass)Overall, I would recommend this product because it will make your life easier for those people who is using it with a nut milk bag. I used it to make almond milk and it was easy to pour it into each bottle. The only down side is that while pouring, the glass might be too heavy. So I kind of drop a little on the outside of the bottle. Not an issue for me.
