I love these balls for playing pickleball in the outdoor courts because of the durability, bounce and neat sound it makes when it hits the sweet spot of the paddle. Buying the 100 pack is way more economical than buying any of the smaller quantities offered. I paid almost $3/ball for the 12-pack as compared to $2/ball for the 100-pack. I bought it for myself and to give some to our friend, but when others heard I had bought the 100-pack they also wanted to buy some off of me since it was so much cheaper. Can't go wrong with this!

You can go cheaper, but these balls are top quality - consistent bounce and speed off paddle. Hoping they last too - but we will see and report back.

Having these pink Pickleball balls makes it so much easier to keep your balls straight when playing in public since most people have the bright yellow ones.

Definitely enjoy playing with the Franklin balls for higher level play. To tone it down a little I use Onix pickleballs.

Having purchased 100 balls four times, I would say durability is excellent, but most lots have a few balls too wobbly to be considered playable by 3.5 and above players at our courts. What gives with price increases lately, given the number of defective balls usually found in a lot of 100?Rich Bitner

these cost more than others - but many of the players in our community use these- and since all balls bounce, feel and weigh different we decided to use these. i personally prefer a drop more weight and a bit more bounce than these have

I've always been a fan of the Franklin X-40 for playability and the amount of games you get before they crack. The new Lava color gives great visibility, in bright sunshine. I have not tried them in the evenings yet, when I normally play optic green X-40 that almost glow in the dark.

Absolutely can NOT complain about these balls. It is the middle ball pictured. These Franklin X-40 are a mid-tier ball. Harder than the Onix but softer than the Dura Fast which cost a lot more and break faster. They play really well. If you are looking for a ball that is reasonably priced and plays very well then this is it! You're going to need a few. I went through 2 balls in 1 day but then again we were 4 men banging pretty hard so that's why. If you're a dinker they will obviously last A LOT longer. Would highly recommend for the money. Buy a box and split it with friends...I think you and them are going to need them.

these balls are useless. they don't bounce 1 foot when dropped. I missed my return by one day.Very disappointed
