Mission: Breed, raise, train and place guide dogs with vision impaired people mainly on the east coast of the u. S. We also place guide dogs with Veterans in all of US. These services are provided free of charge to the clients.

Results: Since our inception in 1992 Freedom Guide Dogs has placed 470 guide dog teams with currently 242 active teams.

Target demographics: Blind and Visually Impaired and those with additional disabilities to their blindness.

Direct beneficiaries per year: Training guide dogs for the blind. 40 dogs were placed with blind persons during 2019.With 25% having additional disabilities

Geographic areas served: East coast and all US for Veterans
