Mission: The mission of the frenchman bay conservancy is to build lasting relationships and commitments that conserve the distinctive landscapes and natural resources of the frenchman bay and union river watersheds.

Programs: Preservation and stewardship of natural resources through the acquisition, monitoring and maintenance of land and conservation easements (the conservancy owns twenty-three properties and holds thirty-one easements).

public education in regard to the preservation and conservation of natural resources and habitat (including publication of newsletter and sponsoring of seminars).
