Mission: To establish and maintain at or near the city of wheeling, ohio county, west virginia, a home or farm, non-partisan and non-sectarian in its character, and from the operation of which no one shall enjoy any pecuniary profits, which home or farm shall be conducted for the purpose of providing, mental, physical and manual training for children who are under-nourished or otherwise not physically fit; and to aid in the prevention of tuberculosis and other diseases among such children.
