I love the spice blend in Frontier makes a good product. One of the things I uses for is a mayonnaise mix for dipping with steak. It's great. If you like Indian flavors you will most likely like this product.

The flavor is new to me. The mix of spices is unfamiliar. I like it. I've only used it on baked chicken so far. I will play with it. I think it will be very good on air-fryer chicken. Can't wait to try it. Maybe on sous vide pork too.

This spice has a barbaque flavor with a hot feel on your tongue that changes to sweet as the heat dies. It is a little expensive, but you do not need a lot.

I'd describe this as halfway between chili powder and curry powder. Fantastic in soups, stews, braises, layered with dry rubs, and as a sandwich topping. Worth a try.

I have ordered this over a dozen times throughout the years. I adore the umami taste this delivers. This is not spicy, this is not overly intense with chili flavor, and really quite mild as far as berbere seasoning goes. Penzeys berbere is spicier, to give a frame of reference. It is just a good all around flavor booster. Tastes amazing on chicken, rice, in stews and soups.
