It's delicious! Can be sprinkled on almost any vegetable (and meat, I'm sure) while roasting or sauteing and it adds heat and wonderful, out-of-the-ordinary flavor. We love it! I've added extra ginger with it, which was a nice change. It has quite a bit of cayenne, so be judicious if you're sensitive to chili. Yum!
