Whether your making a hearty stew, or soup, or grilling some ribs, a roast, chicken, or steak, this has got to be one of the best seasonings there is.

I used this to make an Ethiopian beef stew. My husband thought it was great (and has a high tolerance for spicy food), but the kids and I couldn't eat it because it was too spicy. I will probably make my own spice blend in the future to cut down on the heat.

I love this spice. Not salty. It'll leave a bite, but as usual the amount used controls the flavor. A must for any kitchen, instead of having 10 different spices and not being able to balance the flavors.

This is one of my latest favorites. It works exceptionally well on Ethiopian, Indian and even Mexican dishes. I add it to pretty much everything. So glad I found it.

I saw Chef Samuelson, use this in a YouTube episode. I knew I needed it and I bought it. I do not regret my purchase. This has a lot of flavor and a little goes a long way!

I found this after having enough of Bill Penzey's personal opinions shoved down my throat. This spice has good flavor but its not as hot as others I have tried.
