When I received these promptly made beef barley stew in my pressure cooker. Added a big batch into the stew , pressure cooked. The stew was fantastic. These have great vegetable flavor. Made my beef barley stew great without me cutting all the vegetables. WORTH THE PRICE FOR GREAT FLAVOR.

I add a half cup to 2 servings of rice before cooking and the 18 min simmer time cooks both together perfectly great space and money saver 6 stars

We make many bagged soups ( often Frontier brand) and find these dried vegetables add more flavor, nutrients, and bulk to the base product..It a versatile package of ingredients that improve flavors and textures of many home prepared dishes.No additional preparation needed, as it is used straight from the bag and hydrates into the dish you are cooking.

These are excellent. I don't rehydrate, just throw them into casseroles, soups, and rice dishes with a little extra liquid. They rehydrate as they cook. Great taste and handy when fresh vegetables are in short supply

This reminds me of the product my mom always relied on, and myself as well when I started to cook. It's SO EXPENSIVE in the stores ($3.29 for a 4 1/2 oz. bottle, which doesn't go very far!), so this is a great way to buy it... the bag lasts a long time, despite many uses! It's very good added to quinoa as a quick and flavorful side dish. It also brings back great memories of mom and cooking in her kitchen. This is my SECOND purchase, so yes, I highly recommend as a good friend to have in your kitchen to help perk up quinoa, rice, soups, stews, vegetable dishes, as well as chicken, pork, or beef. ENJOY!

I have used veggie blends for years they come in so handy when making various soup!! My favorite is throw in a handful of it when making Swiss Steak I a crock pot!

These are just like the veggies in noodle soup mixes. I add them to ramen noodles, meatloaf, sauces etc. An easy way to increase my vegetable intake.

We use this, or the soup blend, in our low-carb breakfast turkey burgers, in soups when a trip to the store for fresh vegs isn't practical, as an emergency food item on the storage shelf, and more. And this company is one of our favorites. Recommend!
