This mix is amazing. I just run out of the mix, that I purchased last year. I transferred mix in a glass airtight container and aroma is the the same as a year ago. I use this mix, when I have a little bit of chicken or other meat left over, little energy to prep fresh veggies, and craving for a soup. It is easy, fast and tastes amazing.

Arrived yesterday; upon opening the foil sealed package the aroma was beyond belief. !! Nothing what I thought for freeze-dried vegs. A robust, healthy chicken aroma with spices. I'm experimenting right now so I'll make sure to update my review. Thank youUpdate 3 days later... I absolutely recommend. I tried/tested and I love the entire blend. I make a lot of soup/stews... and I might add a bit of shredded carrots for a bit more texture and heartiness. I'm very happy with the company, Frontier, for their products excellent quality. I was wanting to spice up my standard ramen soup so I started adding a can of chicken and this soup mix. It doesn't take a lot and it goes a long ways. It adds those veggies and flavor and makes it a much more rounded meal instead of just noodles. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to quickly add veggies to your soup. I keep mine in a ziploc bag on the shelf and add it whenever I have soup. You can't go wrong with this product.

This was great to make stocks. Rehydrated and added into meatloaves. Wonderful to add into pasta salad when cooked with the the pasta to add flavor and then include in the recipe.

As advertised, the mix is good in soups. Dried produce lasts a really long time if stored properly. I did not enjoy the mix of veggies due to carrots dominating the flavor profile and green beans re-hydrating to an odd mouth feel.

The flavors is so good. I add it to ramen when I don't want to cut up a bunch of veggies. Beef stew, roasts, anything of that nature. I also rehydrate and add to pasta salads. So nummy I have it on auto order.
